When buying your set of nails, it's important to order the right sizes to avoid any disappointment. We offer the following pre-sized sets which are popular sizes of nails and will fit most people (from thumb to pinkie) -
XS - 14mm, 10mm, 11mm, 10mm, 8mm
S - 15mm, 11mm, 12mm, 11m, 8mm
M - 16mm, 12mm, 13mm, 11mm, 9mm
L - 18mm, 13mm, 14mm, 12mm, 10mm
XL - 20mm, 14mm, 15mm, 13mm, 11mm
and its simple to measure…
The quickest, most convenient way - using a tape measure or clear tape
Just apply a piece of tape or hold a fabric measuring tape over the widest part of your nail as shown below and measure from sidewall to sidewall in millimetres.
Note down the size for each finger from thumb to pinkie in millimetres
If none of the pre-sized sets match your nail sizes, there is a custom option for ordering the exact sizes you need. Hit the custom size option then write in the ‘notes’ during checkout your nail sizes required for both hands from thumb to pinkie.
The most accurate way - using a sizing kit
Make sure you have a bare nail when sizing your nails - if you have nail polish on this may lead to incorrect fitting
When trying the nails for size don't apply pressure on the nails as this may result in ordering a smaller size. Nails that are the correct size should fit comfortably from sidewall to sidewall without any pressure. If you are between sizes or in doubt, order the bigger size as the sides can be gently filed down if necessary.
Measure both hands as you may be a different size on your dominant hand
Don't worry if the cuticle area isn't quite right, this can be gently filed to match your shape once you receive your nails to give you a better fit.
If you have purchased a full set of 18/20/24 nails there is no need to measure - you will receive 2 of each size in your set.
