All nail sets will be shipped in a presentation box unless otherwise specified. Please note boxes may vary depending on length and quantity  of nails purchased and stock at the time of your order.  

​

All orders are dispatched in bubble mailers so you can be sure that your nails will not incur any damage while in transit. 

​

UK orders are shipped using 24 or 48 hour Royal Mail tracked delivery depending on which service you choose at checkout.

​

International orders will be shipped using the appropriate Royal Mail tracked service available for your country. Please note delivery times can vary from country to country. 

​

Ready To Ship items will be dispatched within 1 business day. All Made to Order sets are subject to approx. 3-5 business days creation time depending on order levels, and then shipping times. 

​

Please bear in mind that this is a small custom, handmade business and cannot compete or provide next day shipping facilities like those of Amazon and other large companies that we have all become accustomed to.

We understand it can be difficult to purchase handmade custom items online.

We want to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied and love their new nails.

 

We ask you to understand that due to very strict hygiene standards, returns can only be accepted for unused products.

If you don't love your nails, return requests will be accepted within 14 days of receipt for any non-customised items and accessories. 

You must then return the items within 14 days.

 

Please email diablonails@outlook.com for a returns authorisation number, giving the reason for return before returning your order.

All we ask is that you return any unwanted nails in the same condition we sent them with all accessories that were included.

 

If you are purchasing Made to Order nails, once payment has been made we get to work quickly to create your nails so we can get your orders out to you ASAP, so unfortunately cancellations will not be accepted.

 

Please note that the following items will not be eligible for return:

 

  • custom design sets - ie sets where a bespoke design has been requested or another design has been altered to your preferences

  • custom sized sets - ie. nails made to your size specifications which are not the standard XS, S, M L, XL or full set

  • returns requests which fall outwith the 14 days

 

Return shipping and handling fees are customer responsibility unless the item received is defective.  

We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping fee unless the return is due to defective or damaged goods.

 

Once your return is approved

Please pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit. Please include your full name and order number to allow us to process your refund quicker. 

 

Please note - We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if the products show signs of use or damage. If this happens we will let you know we're unable to accept the return and the reason why, and will return the product to you. 

 

We do not consider the following to be faulty goods

  • nails that don't fit due to self-measurement or a sizing kit not being used. 

  • nails which have broken or been damaged due to improper use, force or failure to follow after care advice 

(remember - nails are jewels - not tools!)

To prevent disappointment and any sizing issues, it is recommended that you either:

  • purchase a sizing kit in your chosen shape and length before ordering your nails

  • or purchase a full set so you receive 2 of each size nails. 

​

These will give the most accurate and custom fit for your nails.

​

All orders are packaged securely so you can be safe in the knowledge that the risk of damage in transit is highly unlikely.

If your order does not reach you in perfect condition please contact us immediately so we can review and arrange a replacement
